STATESIDE APARTMENTS

Walking distance to Western Washington University, the Stateside Apartments are uniquely situated to offer both unobstructed bay views and direct access to downtown Bellingham. Comprised of two separate buildings, this student-centric housing development accommodates 513 residents and features amenities ranging from an outdoor roof deck, top-floor community room, fitness center, community kitchen, and on-site coffee bar. 

We were tasked with the design, procurement, and installation of all interior furniture and furnishings. The FF&E design concept strove to appeal to the hip and laid-back culture that characterizes Bellingham. Contemporary finish palettes, modern silhouettes, and ceiling-suspended swinging ski lift chairs all come together to strike just the right hipster ski bum vibe.
