GARDEN ST

Our Santa Barbara project is a modern and serene gem nestled between beautiful gardens, tall and established trees and in the heart of the historic district. The design incorporated subtle nods to the areas historic charm while maintaining a contemporary feel.

The garden lounge is a detached structure from the main house, with adjacency to a lovely patio and terraced out door dining area. The design focuses on a masculine office with a seating area for guests to converse over martinis. The lounge features three custom pieces of art, bespoke lighting and a grand masculine quartzite slab.
